Dietary restrictions and preferences

SS851127The fun of staying at a bed and breakfast is trying something different you may never make yourself for breakfast. However, we are sensitive to dietary needs and restrictions of our guests. We can make special dishes, such as gluten-free, with advance notice. Our breakfasts are primarily vegetarian that rely heavily on eggs and organic dairy. Although, we do have recipes that allow non-dairy substitutions. Again, advance notice to do appropriate shopping is greatly appreciated.

We also like to know if guests have dietary preferences. For example, some folks just don’t like certain ingredients. Others have allergies to those ingredients. Knowing this will help us create a breakfast menu that will be enjoyable to our guests.
